3M 6500 Rugged Comfort Respirator Review (verses 6200 series)

GE Washing Machine Noise Repair

MY GE washer was making this horrendously loud, metal on metal banging and scraping noise that was about as loud as a jackhammer. The dolly that had been used to move the washer had pressed up the bottom panel, causing the motor and belt assembly to scrape against the bottom panel.

Here is the machine tilted back during disassembly. The belt drive ripped through the metal on the bottom panel.

The fix was to unplug the machine, tilt it backwards, and remove the bottom panel, jump on it to shape it back into position, and then reassemble. This video shows my commentary after I repaired the problem:

Exterior Paint Test #4

It looked perfect...


...but then I came out in the morning and it was blue.
