Kitchen Hardwoods: Finally getting somewhere

It's actually starting to look like a real kitchen again.

Those pink splotches are rock hard pigment that is a pain to scrape up. My hand is in a world of hurt right now. The index finger is stuck when I wake up in the morning and it has to be popped lose to uncurl. WTF?
